What's New
02/20/09 - Finished a whole mess of new figures, including a display level red dragon and many gaming level orcs and gnolls. Also are a classic set of Grenadier fighting men.
11/20/09 - Finished a pair of display-level figures. These were an Orc Jackal Master of Rites and a Kelt Shaman for Confrontation.
10/23/09 -relaunch of the lonebrushman site with galleries rearranged. Time to start taking some commissions.
03/07/07 -Added a whole mess of new figures in the Dragonfire section. The commissions page and Dragonfire page have also changed the pricing levels.
01/24/07 -Wow, I did not realize it had been so long. Most of my time has been spent doing real- world work but I did find some time to knock out some gaming level figures, 40K Catachans and a Hordes Skorne Titan, and collector level Mag Ego Galadon and Dragonblood Green Draconid.
08/04/06 -Completed the new Dragonblood "Fall of the Citadel" diorama. The knights were heavy on the freehand heraldry. Also finished is a Warhammer Tsar Boris, and a Dragonblood Elven Dragonslayer, Kylien. Also I've started taking more commissions for those wanting gaming or collector quality figures. 07/13/06 -Added a couple Dark-Age figures and a Reaper Angel of Darkness, painted more like a faerie with blonde hair.
07/06/06 -A big overhaul of the site layout and look. It is actually more of what the original site was supposed to be until I went for more a more generic gallery feel. All the rest of the Dragonblood miniatures I have done over the last few months were added also.
06/05/06 -Another long month without an update but I have been painting during this time and completed a couple of different versions of the Dragonblood Red Draconid Lord. The primary version is red but I also did one in blue with the alternate weapon and posted it here.
05/05/06 - Just added were some new Confrontation figures, including a nasty Cerberus and a slick Tanath. Also added was a Dragonblood Hunter in blue shades. A new part of the site is the Dragonfire Studio, which provides gaming level figures, with a unit of GW lizardmen as an example here.

03/15/06 - After a vacation I found some time to finish a Slaanesh Lord at collector level.

01/19/06 - New year and some new Dragonblood figures, including a Hunter in the classic studio color scheme and some new wizards.
12/31/05 - Almost the new year and I only had a small amount of time to paint, so I finished a snakeman and a dark-age ravage figure. I hope to work more in the next couple of weeks but we will see.
12/07/05 - A few more figures done in the last week, and some older ones from Ebay auctions. The plan is to do a bunch of Dragonblood figures soon, including a new wizard and draconid lord.
11/26/05 - Just one figure this time, a Warhammer Slann Mage Priest, with an added column of fire holding the throne aloft.. Also a gobbo pirate and Meliador the mage.
10/31/05 - So much for weekly updates. We had some hurricane issues and Wilma was a big pain in the rear. I found time just now to finish Kroq-Gar on his carnosaur. Very rugose this fellow.
10/07/05 - Mostly I have been working on painting the studio versions of the figures for Dragonblood, but I found some time to do some other versions of the models. Also in there is a big ugly troll from Confrontation.
07/30/05 - The Snakeman of Stygia is now painted and I had some time to do some ebay jobbies. A nice mixture of figures this time. I will be at Gencon Indy in a couple of weeks and teaching a couple of classes. I will be sitting at the Fantization booth (thanks guys!).
07/13/05 - Origins was fun and it was nice to meet the folks who came to paint. I did only a couple of figures since then as I have moved the Dragonblood miniatures site to www.dragonbloodminis.com and am working on a complete site and cart overhaul.
06/19/05 - I've been painting a few figures for ebay and working on getting the rest of the Dragonblood line painted. I did finish the Vampire Pirate. I saw the green for the Dino rider and it looks great. Next update I'll have some pics. In a couple weeks I'll be in Origins helping out Adiken and displaying the Dragonblood figures, as well as selling some. :)
05/23/05 - Added many figures from different lines, including some Confrontation, Warhammer 40K and Dark Age. I'm still working on the Dragonblood figures so hopefully they will be up soon also. - update - Griffon Attack now painted
05/14/05 - Dragonblood Miniatures is now online with a Paypal shopping cart and photos of all the figures and concept art. All the figures are available and shipping.
04/07/05 - I have been working like a dog to finish commissions so I can finish up and do more work on the Dragonblood concept artwork. Now up are a unit of lizardmen riders, Dirz halberdiers, Slaanesh girls and Nurgle guys.
03/04/05 - Teaser update of my new Dragonblood miniature line. Three sculpts by Sandra Garrity (griffon, knight, pirate) and a snakeman by Jeff Wilhelm are finished. The page is under construction and the figures going to casting now.
02/05/05 - Big update with tons of figures. There are bunches of different figures here so have fun flipping through them. Many are done at a high gaming level but some are collector level.
01/04/05 - I finished some more Ebay figures and have them up already for auction. I liked painting the goblins from Rackham as they have so much character.
12/19/04 - I finished a bunch more figures for ebay and a couple of commissions. The knight was done at a high level with a nice display base. The black dragon was sitting around for years and now is done.
11/26/04 - I've been doing some figure for Ebay lately, including a Reaper dwarf and a Celtos Swordwoman. Both turned out nice but I really like the dwarf.
11/22/04 - It has been a while but I have still been painting alot. There are a bunch of new Reaper figures and a very wicked looking Confrontation Tyrant of Vile Tis. I'm still doing Dark Age figures also.
9/13/04 - I've been doing too many orcs and using natural colors lately but this one, Velerys, is a little brighter. It is a commissions done at competition level with lots of little freehand detail on the cloak.
8/26/04 - Gencon was fun. Met some nice folks and won a 1st and 2nd prize in the painting contest. I Just finished separate display bases for Carbone the goblin and an Orc Tracker from the "End of the Road" diorama. They are for sale here.

8/10/04 - Completed a bunch of competition level figures for commissions. One set is in a diorama and the other has a detailed base. All are Rackham figures.
8/09/04 - Finished a few figures for Dark Age Games. These ones were for the Skaard faction so I gave them a more bluish skin tone than the Forsaken.
7/15/04 - I've been working on quite a few things that I can't post but here is an expert level commission of a 40K Demon Prince. Lots of fire and good stuff.
5/23/04 - Blasted through a new diorama - Durin's Doom. This was a commission piece at expert level with a little extra added spice..
5/18/04 - Re-took photos of the last three figures and added a new Rackham Griffon Magistrate.
5/15/04 - Three expert level commissions completed. I used a different photo setup with pretty good results. Mira turned out the best.
4/12/04 - Finished a competition level pair of Rackham orc trackers. A display base also.
4/12/04 - Added new figures to the Dragonblood Studio, including a Scout Sniper.
